You give it a short brief - the text you want to post and the platform you want it for. The generator picks a layout archetype, fits your copy to a typographic grid, applies a palette, and returns a fully editable layered design. It runs from a seed, so the same brief and seed reproduce the same result exactly.
You can edit all of it. The generator returns real layers rather than a flattened image, so every text block, shape and image is selectable in the layers panel and restylable in the inspector. Most teams generate three or four variants, keep one, and hand-tune it from there.
Export to PNG for static posts or animated GIF for motion, at any of the built-in platform presets covering the common feed, story and square dimensions. Rendering happens in your browser, so exports do not queue behind other workspaces.
No. The layout generator itself is deterministic and needs no AI at all - archetypes, palettes and text fitting are pure code. AI-assisted layout is an optional extra on the Pro plan, and you can supply your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or Grok key if you would rather bill generation to your own account.
